1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tasks (the "Service") provided by GOVISIONARY SRL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tasks is a productivity and project management platform that includes boards, Kanban views, team collaboration, focus tools, calendar features, and integrations with third party services such as GitHub, Google Drive, and Discord. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third party platforms through OAuth. When you connect these services, you authorize us to access only the minimum data required for the feature to work:

• GitHub — GitHub repository linking for boards. No code or sensitive repository data is stored beyond what is needed for the integration.
• Google / Google Drive — Authentication and Google Drive file attachment for team boards. We access only the files you explicitly select.
• Discord — Authentication handled through Supabase. Only standard profile identifiers are used.

5. User Obligations

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Do not abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users' experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of the Service are the property of GOVISIONARY SRL. Your content (tasks, boards, data) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Pricing is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOVISIONARY SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. If you continue using Tasks after those changes, the updated Terms will apply.
